- For Formulators & Manufacturers Solubility: Kinetin 99% TC is insoluble in water. It is soluble in dilute acids, dilute alkalis, or DMSO, and is commonly formulated into 0.01%/4% SL or SP blends. Formulation Note: Kinetin is highly stable under heat, light, and varying pH levels. It requires proper surfactant systems to prevent precipitation when blended into liquid fertilizers. Synergistic Blends: Frequently combined with IAA/NAA for tissue culture shoot differentiation, or with GA3 + IBA for premium broad-spectrum crop biostimulants.
- Reference Field Application Rates For standard foliar spraying, the general field application dosage ranges from 2 to 10 mg/L (ppm), depending on the growth stage and target response. To Break Dormancy: Soak seeds or tubers in a 5 to 10 mg/L solution for 12 to 24 hours to accelerate uniform sprouting. To Improve Fruit Set: Spray crop canopies at 5 to 10 mg/L during flowering to stimulate cell division and maximize fruit sizing. To Delay Senescence: Apply a 2 to 5 mg/L foliar spray onto leafy crops to preserve chlorophyll and extend post-harvest shelf life. To Ensure Optimal Efficiency: Apply as a uniform fine mist to ensure complete coverage of targeted leaves or young fruits.
